There are nine matches on the schedule for today within the Europe WC Qualifications for the upcoming 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, from which five of them caught my attention.
1. Estonia vs Gibraltar
2. Portugal vs Andora
3. Luxembourg vs Sweden
4. France vs Bulgaria
5. Netherlands vs Belarus
1. France Vs Bulgaria
France draw the first match away against Belarus, while Bulgaria won their first match at home against Luxembourg much harder than expected 4:3. I think that France will bounce back from the bad result in Belarus and will achive their first victory in the group, where every victory is very important, having in mind that they are in a group with Netherland and Sweden, and only the first one goes directly to the World Cup while the second one plays play-off. I don't expect anything else other than easy victory against a team that recived three goals at home from team like Luxembourg.
TIP: Home win at 1.14 (bet365)
2. Netherland Vs Belarus
Netherland missed the last European Championship this summer, but that is not the first time for Netherland to miss a big gathering of the best teams in Europe or the World. They cam back home with a point from their first match away against Sweden. Belarus on the other hand surprised everyone in their first match drawing against France at home. I don't think that Netherland will miss another big competition and i am sure they will at least reach a playoff. Belarus is a mid table team almost every qualifications, and away they are not so dangerous as at home, so i expect easy win for the home side.
TIP: Home win at 1.30 (betcard)
3. Portugal Vs Andorra
After they were crowned as European Champions this summer, Portugal didn't start their World Cup Qualification campaign very well, loosing away from Switzerland 2:0. Andorra lost only 1:0 from Latvia in the first match at home, and showed that they can sometimes be difficult oponent for teams with medium quality. But in this match i expect Portugal to get back on the winning tracks and trash Andorra with at least 5 goal difference.
TIP: Over 4.5 goals at 1.57 (bwin)
4. Estonia Vs Gibraltar
Estonia was trashed in their first match away from Bosnia-Herzegovina 5:0. Gibraltar lost only 1:4 from Greece in their opening match at home, if we take into account that their team is composed of regular people who go to work every day. I expect Estonia to win, but i expect at least four goals on this match.
TIP: Over 3.5 goals at 2.25 (bwin) or Over 4.5 goals at 3.85 (unibet)
5. Luxembourg Vs Sweden
Luxembourg lost away from Bulgaria in their first match 4:3, and showed that they are not the team they used to be and served only as a team for building up goal difference. Sweden on the other hand draw at home against Netherland, and i expect them to win with at least four goals difference, where in a group with Netherland and France, beside the importance of every win, the goal difference is very important too.
TIP: Over 3.5 goals at 2.9 (unibet) or Over 4.5 goals at 5.5 (bet365)
